CLUBHOUSE IN LAGUNA SIMPLE & BALANCE

We all know that contrast is one aspect of design that must not be removed.  It brings enticement to the viewer and gives character to the overall aestethics of the design.  The images above are taken from a clubhouse somewhere in Laguna and  made by a famous real estate developer.  A design need not be expensive in order for it to beautiful all it needs is apply all the necessary principles of design and take into consideration its use and functionality.  If you take these two into the design and not overdo it you will achieve a simple yet elegant, a long lasting effect aesthetics and everlasting functionality.  Well, a good construction method will always be essential to achieve what you really what to accomplish.

In the overall design  you will see that texture (materials use), color (see structure), playful in lines as well its rhythm, proportion of unit, and many other factors contributes to the overall theme, balance and beauty of the design.  The use of different materials is essential to give in interesting look to the structure and design even though it is only cheap materials but if they are done and design in a good manner you will see that cheap materials will also bring good design. Landscaping though not as grandeur as other landscaping you see but in here you can see that it is sufficient to the nature and function of the structure.  Always put this in mind, landscaping will always be a part of a structure for it will bring softness to the hardness of the structure.  It will bring light to the dulness of the structure even if it is only grass and several plants so do not ever remove landscaping to your every design.
