LANDSCAPING MISTAKES

Home landscaping is a very interesting thing to do for anyone who has interest in making their homes look beautiful. Unfortunately, sometimes we do not achieve the desired effects because of overlooking one or two things here and there. As such, we need to have a guideline on what to do in order to avoid those mistakes that spoil the outlook once in a while. This will help you achieve both physical and psychological satisfaction.

If you decide to do home landscaping for yourself, look into the following pitfalls and avoid them along the way. Firstly, avoid doing your activities in a helter-skelter manner. In other words, have a plan to guide you through. As you put plans for the now in place, consider the future as well. Think of how you might like to develop your home in future. For example, you could choose a spot to plant a tree today and ten years down the line you realize that you could put up another permanent structure in that right spot. This will mean that you will have to tamper with your home landscape.

Have a plan with you o how you want your home to look like after the home landscaping activities are over. Since the activities do not necessarily have to be covered in a day, have a plan on what will be done in every interval of time, which could be a few days or a week. Today you could plant trees and nurture them for a week, the next week you could lay a concrete landscape bed and leave it to dry for a week and the following week you could have a grass planting session.

The one major mistake that many people tend to make is to think that what is good for others is good for us too. The wisdom is, one man’s meat is another man’s poison. In this regard, do not be tempted to think that whatever home landscaping features are at a neighbor’s home will also be good enough for your home. Be creative and come up with original ideas.

  • “A polka-dot has the form of the sun, which is a symbol of the energy of the whole world and our living life, and also the form of the moon, which is calm. Round, soft, colourful, senseless and unknowing. Polka-dots can’t stay alone; like the communicative life of people, two or three polka-dots become movement… Polka-dots are a way to infinity.” ~ Yayoi Kusama

  • Mobile Phone runs on Coke -  Designer Daizi Zheng has designed an eco friendly phone for Nokia, which runs on Coca-Cola drinks. Yes, its fuel cells generates electricity from carbohydrates (sugar) in the Coke and it can run on any sugary water, not just Coke.

  • Our tumble dryer at home was not working since last week and we have to dry our clothes manually, meaning letting it dry under the sun but what if it is not a sunny day? It takes time without using a dryer, so I think we need to find a replacement soon and I think we need to find the Cheapest Tumble Dryer because we are on a tight budget.
