MORE OF MY BROTHER’S HOUSE
filed in DESIGN on Aug.12, 2009
My brother was playing with his new camera and gave me a copy of the updated look of the two-storey modern contemporary house I was talking about in my earlier post. Just want to share these wonderful pictures.
I almost forgot included in the pictures are shots of his front garden. Which I mention on previous post that I will show some landscaping pics. It is not that elegant but I can say It has an appeal. You will certainly not be bored looking at it even though it is at a cheap cost and not that extravagant in the number of plants. What is important in design is that it can catch someone’s attention.

This is actually my type of house design. modern and less dramatic but very attractive. This is the architecture that me and my hubby are looking into when we finally get our own property.I can already picture out the interior being minimalist and modern.Where is this?

hahaha sana nga ganun kadali ang buhay… hahahaha… that are what most people oversee… sometimes they want to have a house they saw on magazines, on others house on tv, and they think it will be cool to have one like that.. but what really makes it a home is that you are comfortable with it depending on your lifestyle and be able to share activities on your house for the whole family and actually every house whatever the design will be can be made beautiful and cozy…

We're actually eyeing Cainta as the site. But we're still working on the budget kasi mahal nga di ba? 2M ata itong house na dinesign mo,right? We're relying on Pag-Ibig eh so I guess we'll have to acquire a property in a low-cost subd then we'll develop the house kasi alam mo naman yung designs sa mga low-cost.And given the small space,it would be wise nga to go 2-stories.
I fell in love with your design. You did great. Sana next yr, may enough funds kami to pay for your design coz kukunin ka namin pag nagkataon.
