We can certainly make any sound we like with our voice but imitating it to near perfection take a lot of practice and depends if your voice can do it. We certainly here persons doing percussion or commonly knows as the beat box, we also hear people doing whole song including instruments like flute, bass, keyboard with their voice but not that really accurate you could still hear the difference.
Well the above image shows a man with a full band band instead him being the vocalist, he is something like a lead guitarist because he can imitate electric guitars with his voice. He could do guitar solos with screaming and shredding sound not that he just mumble sounds but also with melodic licks as if he is really doing a guitar solo.
