PUT IT ON THE WALL

I found this over awesomerandomness over tumblr and it is about writing your fears on the wall expressing it and telling it to the public to just let it out your system.   It may not remove totally your fear but accepting that you have fear over that thing is one step in removing it.

This image reminded me of a restaurant somewhere in Tarlac or somewhere near.  Sorry, but I forgot the name and the place of the restaurant but we were going to Bagiuo when we dropped by this place.  So it is way north. LOL..   The reaturant have a feature where in you could buy stuff like plates, television, glasses, and many other things and throw it over the wall with some words on it like Manyakis, 5/6, abusadong customer and other words wherein most of them are your daily anger in life.  The purpose of this is instead of hurting the people you hate, you could channel your anger to that wall and eventually relax your mind of that hate.  The image below is that wall on the restaurant  I am telling about.

The image was I think 3 or 4 years ago from a previous real estate company I work with.  Together with me was my colleagues.

These could not eventually remove your frustrations and fears but could help you lighten up what you are feeling.  Could even channel anger to a more positive outlook.  It is still best to do and say things when you are not mad.  For fears, all of us has it, acknowledging it and doing something about it is one step to courage.

By the way, if you happen to know the restaurant and the place where it is, please let me know. Thanks.

SIDE THOUGHTS

  • Overcoming fights starts with forgiveness. All of us have faults and all of us hurt others sometimes. This is human, and holding grudges only hurts the one who holds it.

  • Jesus apparition on a frying pan.  Recently, Toby Elles from Lancaster, England and a 22-year-old brilliantly left the stove on after he was done cooking and after he took a quick boozey-snoozey, he realized his error and rushed to the stove.  Lo and behold, there was Jesus Christ, looking back at him with burnt eye of grease from the frying pan.

  • Love isn’t a fairytale, it isn’t perfect, and it doesn’t always come easy. But it is something that we should hold on to for the rest of our lives, because it’s the only thing that’s worth fighting for.

  • Hero: someone we admire. Someone we look up to. Someone who gives us hope. Not a myth, or an icon, or a legend- someone solid, genuine and real. An ordinary person who does extraordinary things. A hero picks us up when we are down. Believes in us before we believe in ourselves. Inspires us to expand and embrace what’s possible. Helps us realize that we can be heroes, too - Kobi Yamada

  • Devil’s Pool - a small lagoon, enclosed by rocks, on the edge of one of the biggest, most beautiful waterfalls in the world, Victoria Falls. Set on Livingstone Island, at a height of 103 meters, Devil’s Pool is definitely one of the most surreal locations on Earth
