images 3 RANDOM RANTS ON TECHNICAL RECRUITERWhy is it so hard to hire technical personnel nowadays?  We have been looking for a quantity surveyor for almost 5 months now and an Autocad Operator for almost 2 months now and still we cannot find certain persons qualified for the job.  Are there too many job offering out there that we cannot fill the vacant position or is it most of them have gone overseas to get a better salary package for most of my friend in college have gone overseas for they do not see progress here.

Some say that it is really hard to find technical persons nowadays and we better find a Technical Recruiter to help us fill the position.  They say a lot of companies are requiring the services of Technical Recruiter that is why you see a lot of Technical Recruiting Jobs available and you can see them in the classified ads on newspapers and job websites.

That is why I think with our busy schedules and tight deadlines in the office, we really need these positions filled in as soon as possible and Technical Recruiter could really help us with it.
