Have you heard of Jane Siberry? She is a Canadian singer and songwriter who released her first album on 1981. Since then he have released several albums until today with hits like “Mimi on the Beach”, “I Muse Aloud”, “One More Colour” and “Calling All Angels”.
She has a history that would be interesting to know. On 2006, she change her name to Issa and gave away almost all she owned which made her homeless. She kept her one guitar only.
Her music could be drawn from a lot of styles like new wave, rock and reflective pop where you could hear a mix of jazz, folk, gospel, classical and liturgical music.
