LIFE GOES ON AFTER ONDOY AND PEPENG

I live in cainta, but we are on the higher portion of the area.  We were not directly affected by Ondoy but was inderctly affected.  We do not have electricity, water, internet and communications including mobile networks.  We cannot get anywhere because of right to left floods outside the village.   The golf course had [...]
